Beware Of Disgustingness Ahead!xD;
1. Wash your face, and hands, with a plain soap like Ivory. Rinse all the soap off well, and dry your face really well with a clean towel.
2. Look in the mirror to see where the blackheads are, and then with your fingers, or very gently with your nails, squeeze each blackhead until the dirt rises to the surface of each 'infected' pore. You can do this with just the worst ones, or with all of them. ((Note, your skin may look a little swollen or red, we'll fix this.))
3. Wash your hands and face again with the soap, and dry dry dry.
4. Next! You must put some acne cream over the place you removed the blackheads from, or else it will get all infected with more blackheads right away, or regular pimples. The kind I use is Clearisil Invisible Acne Treatment Cream. ((It's great for any kind of blemishes, not just blackheads.))
And voila! Your skin may still look a little pink/redder than normal, but isn't that much better than gross blackheads all over? @_@;
And remember, never touch your face during the day, unless you've just washed your hands, otherwise you're putting loads of dirt into your pores. #.#;
Good luck. Personally blackheads aren't my problem, just regular pimples are. My tips will work for those, too ...Remember kids, a face that looks slightly pink is better than a face that has giant yellow pimples and blackheads ready to blow. >_>;
====================================================================
Scrub your face with your usual scrub, it doesn't matter as long as it has those micro beads... so that it really rubs on your skin.
Now, don't wash it off!! Instead, after you massage the scrub into your face, take a mechanical toothbrush (with the rotating head... they're really cheap now too) and scrub your face with the toothbrush.
The brush will grind the beads while cleansing out the top layer of your skin and slowly scrubbing away the black heads. Do that in a round motion for a few minutes, then wash it all off.
Next step is a TONER!!! Toner is basically supposed to refine your skin by closing up the pores (which by the way can't close if you have dirt in them) so after you scrub things off, wash your face and apply a Pore Refining Toner. I use the Neutrogena one.
Do that 2-3 times a week for at least a month and i PROMISE your skin will have less black heads.
